Following up genetically contamination as naked and greenish fuzz seeds off types in vestigation beyond the threshold of national seed standard cotton Varamin cultivar super elite and elite seed lots produced in Khorasan Razavi province during 2014 and in order to seed genetical purity evaluation by use of registered morphological characters, a field experiment was conducted during 2015 and 2016 at Seed and Plant Certification and Registration Institute head quarter research field in Karaj. Therefore, in first year, naked and greenish fuzz seeds off types and white fussed and full fuzzy seeds type seeds and produced seed which having type and off type seeds lots of cotton Varamin cultivar super elite and elite seed classes planted as two separate field experiment based on complete randomized blocks design by four replications. Then, plant morphological characters’ evaluation in accordance with national distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) testing guide line of tetraploid cotton conducted. Any changes of this characters than those registered morphological characters’ type determined and in boll full opening stage naked and greenish fuss seed of types plants of each plot counted and determined. Also plots seed cotton harvested and seed cotton yield and then fiber technological characters including: fiber uniformity ratio(UR), upper half mean length(UHML), fiber fineness (Micronaire index), fiber strength and fiber flexibility determined. In second year, experiment just like that repeated by offspring seeds which respectively were elite and certified seed classes. Results revealed that, investigated off types appearing unaffected by environment. Also, during two years of experiment conduction off type plants and seeds population increased. By contamination increase during experiment conduction years produced crop quantity and quality decreased. Thereafter, seed cotton and lint percentage as the most important indicators of cotton crop production quantity and fiber quality properties considerably decreased by contamination intensity increased.
